Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your DigiKhana account and all associated personal data at any time. Deletion is irreversible — your order history, saved addresses, and profile information will be removed from our systems.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

1. Open the DigiKhana app and sign in.
2. Tap Profile (bottom-right tab).
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when prompted.

Your account is deleted immediately. You will be signed out on all devices.

Option 2 — Request via email

If you cannot access the app, email us at info@gstechs.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the phone number registered to your account. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

• Your phone number, name, and email address
• Your order history and saved delivery addresses
• Your device registrations and push notification tokens
• Your session tokens (you are signed out everywhere)

What may be retained

We may retain certain data for the periods required by Indian law even after account deletion:

• Transaction records — retained for 5 years as required under the Income Tax Act and GST regulations.
• Fraud and abuse logs — retained for up to 180 days to protect platform integrity.

Retained data is not used for marketing and is deleted as soon as the legal retention period expires.
